Terms of Service

By scheduling cleaning services with Magenta Klean Services, clients agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These policies are intended to ensure clear expectations, fair pricing, and uninterrupted service.

Recurring Residential Cleaning Policy

Recurring residential cleaning services start at $150 for the first two hours. If additional time is needed, it will be billed at $50 per hour. Payment for the initial two hours—and any additional time—is required upfront in order for services to continue. All recurring clients must sign a service contract before services begin. If payment is not received as required, services may be paused until the balance is paid in full.

Payment, Deposits & Booking Confirmation

To secure a scheduled cleaning and confirm a booking, the following payment requirements apply.

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
Booking confirmation requires receipt of the deposit
Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed terms or service contract

Pricing

Pricing varies based on service type, property size, and time required to complete the cleaning.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning rates are determined by the total square footage of the home.

Homes up to 1,000 sq. ft. — $315
Homes 1,001–2,000 sq. ft. — Starting at $315
Homes 2,001–3,000 sq. ft. — Starting at $415
Homes over 3,001 sq. ft. — Starting at $515

Recurring Residential Cleaning

Recurring cleaning services are billed by time per visit.

Services start at $150 per visit for 2 hours
If service exceeds 2 hours, additional time is billed at $50 per hour

Commercial Cleaning

Commercial cleaning pricing is based on the total square footage of the space.

Services start at $0.40 per square foot

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaning

Short-term rental cleaning pricing depends on the type and condition of the property.

Services start at $100 per visit

Late Payment Policy

Late payments are subject to additional fees in order to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

A $75 late fee is applied after the payment due date
An additional $15 per day is charged for each day the payment remains late

Cancellation Policy

Advance notice is required to avoid cancellation fees.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee

Pet Policy

For the safety of pets and cleaning staff, clients with pets must ensure pets are secured and kept out of cleaning areas during service. Magenta Klean Services is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or incomplete services caused by pets that are not properly restrained.
